Early BWCA Reservations are Best
Ideally, you should make Boundary Waters Canoe Area reservations with us in late fall or early winter to increase the chance of receiving the access permit you want on the dates you want. Remember that everyone who accesses the BWCAW and Quetico Park require a permit. The BWCA and Quetico limit permits per day. Motorized Day Permits are also available, but limited.
